Terms of Service

Last updated July 6, 2026

These are the rules for using NextListen.ai. Short version: create things you have the right to create, don’t abuse the service, and remember the hosts are AI.

What NextListen.ai is

NextListen.ai generates multi-episode audio shows from topics you provide, performed by AI-generated voices. By using NextListen.ai you get a personal, non-exclusive right to use the service and listen to the shows on it.

Your content

You own what you bring — your topics, briefs, and script edits. You give us the license we need to operate the service: generating, storing, streaming, and (for public shows) displaying the resulting episodes. Shows you make public can be discovered and played by anyone; you can make a show private or delete it at any time.

AI-generated content

Episodes are written and performed by AI. Factual topics are grounded with real web research, but shows can still contain mistakes, omissions, or invented details — treat them as entertainment and a starting point, not professional, medical, legal, or financial advice. The voices are synthetic and do not belong to real people.

Credits

Creating shows costs credits, priced by the total length of the show and charged when you create (or extend) it. New accounts receive free credits to start. Credits have no cash value, aren’t transferable, and — because generation costs us real compute the moment a show is made — spent credits are generally not refundable. If generation outright fails, retrying that episode is free.

Acceptable use

  • No shows that are illegal, that harass or defame real people, or that impersonate a real person’s voice or identity.
  • No attempting to break, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service, and no reselling generated content as if a human made it where that matters.
  • We may remove content or restrict accounts that break these rules — we’d rather warn than ban, but we will protect the service and its users.

The service, as-is

NextListen.ai is provided “as is,” without warranties. We work hard to keep it fast and available, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted service, and our liability to you is limited to the amount you’ve paid us in the past twelve months.

Changes

We may update these terms as NextListen.ai evolves; material changes get a note on the site and a new date above. Keep using NextListen.ai after a change and the new terms apply. Questions about any of this? Get in touch.
